Shipping policy

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via AusPost within 3-7 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard orders within Australia, and 10-15 business days for standard orders outside of Australia and International delivery.

This does not include time spent at customs and border inspection facilities etc. 

We make every attempt to deliver your merchandise as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly.

During the holidays, please place your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to ensure timely delivery. 

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. 

In the event custom fees are not paid or there is a failed delivery attempt that results in a return to sender, Stevey's Smutty Bookclub holds no responsibility and does not resend packages or issue refunds.

 

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. 

All information regarding tracking numbers and estimated shipping times are automatically provided via AusPost. 

For orders outside of Australia, you will not receive tracking emails from AusPost until your parcel has cleared customs.
